Mutoh Drafstation PRO
Mutoh's DrafStation PRO is a professional high-end CAD & imaging inkjet printer at an exceptional price level point, specifically designed for applications such as industrial design, space engineering, car building, production of spare parts, ship building, architectural design, 3D photo renderings, project presentations…. and is PERFECT for SCREENPRINT FILM PRODUCTION.
The compact 42.51” (1080 mm) size printer, with optional motorized winding system, incorporates a new generation "Wide Model" print head (4 colour sections, 360 nozzles/colour), which will enable the highest resolution for CAD: 2880 dpi. DrafStation PRO offers superior line sharpness and image quality with continuous tones, smooth transitions and a wide colour gamut.
Offering various print resolutions for various applications, DrafStation PRO delivers a high speed 360 dpi A0-size output in 91 seconds (= 39.6 m²/h). The incorporated WavePrint technology enables effortless production of impeccable high quality prints.

Mutoh VJ-1604w1
Mutoh's ValueJet 1604w1 printer has been specifically developed for starting-out full colour sign makers and established businesses with water-based inkjet printers. Incorporating Mutoh's i² Intelligent Interweaving technology, the ValueJet 1604w1 will offer impeccable print quality (720 x 720 dpi, 4 pass) up to 15 m² on media suitable for water based ink.
Offering a media width of 1625 mm and a printing width of 1615 mm.
The ValueJet 1604w1 incorporates the new generation piezo drop-on-demand variable drop "wide-model" print head. The 1440 nozzle head incorporates four colour sections (two nozzle rows of 180 nozzles/colour).
Easy to set up and utilise even by inexperienced operators, the ValueJet 1604w1 printer comes with Mutoh's water based dye or pigment Ink.
Standard equipped with a non-motorised unwinding system for media rolls (2"/3" core) up to a weight of 30 kg, the ValueJet 1604w1 printer can be set up with two optional motorised unwinding / winding systems. As a result, the ValueJet 1604w1 printer can perfectly address the volume & application needs of the user.
Optional unwinder / winder systems are the T winder 30 take up unit, equipped with a tension bar system, for media rolls up to 30 kg and the unwinder / winder 100 system with tensioning mechanism for motorised unwinding and winding of media rolls up to 100 kg.

Mutoh VJ-1608J Flatbed
ValueJet VJ 1608J allows printing directly onto board 10mm or less in thickness through an automatic head height adjustment function. It is also possible to print onto conventional roll materials by installing the optional roll-up device.
MUBIO Ink is a non-petrolium based ink and is composed of more than 80% plant-derived substances. The environmental load is small, and it is not subject to the rules for handling organic solvents described in the Occupational Health and Safety Act. The ValueJet VJ-1608J and ValueJet-1304J were developed for Mubio Ink. The ink will allow direct printing onto materials previously impossible to print using conventional inkjet printers, such as recycled PET, polypropylene coatings, aluminium composite board, foam board and cardboard.
