Diazol Textile T326
T326 is a diazo sensitised emulsion formulated for textile printing.
This dark blue emulsion is resistant to all types of water based and plastisol inks. The print run resistance can be considerably increased by chemical hardening with Patly Stencil Hardener.

Jet Film
A specially coated film for the production of line work and half tone film positives and negatives.
Jet Film is a stable base UV transparent film that can produce high density positives without the need for a dark room or the use of chemicals.
Jet Film is waterproof and can be used with standard inkjet priinters.

Jet Black Ink used with our film and RIP software results in one of the most economical wide format film systems available.
Degreaser Plus P-6419
Plus P - 649 liquid degreaser is suitable for removing greasy stains, dust and dirt from all types of mesh.
Use prior to emulsion application. It will also wet the surface of the mesh improving the coating of the emulsion and reduce pinholes.
Screensolve
A blended emulsifiable solvent formulated for the removal of ink residue and mesh stains.
When used with Screenpaste, it will efficiently remove ghost images and other stains caused during screenprinting.
Screenstrip Powder SST002
A stencil de-coating product which can be used on nylon, polyester and stainless steel mesh.
It is supplied as an easily diluted powder. Simply mix 100 gm of powder with 5-10 litres of water.
Patly Stencil Hardener
A solution for increasing the water-resistance of direct photostencils.
It is designed for use with polyester mesh only. Stencils treated with Patly can be de-coated, although they will be more difficult to remove.
Screenfix
Screenfix is a two pack screen mounting adhesive formulated for fixing nylon, polyester or metal fabrics onto wood, steel, aluminium or painted metal frames.
When fully cured this adhesive is highly resistant to all solvents typically used in the screen printing process. It is very easy and economical to use and has a long uncatalysed pot life.
Autoscreen chemicals are available in 1 litre and 5 litre containers except Screenstrip Powder which is available in 100gm packs.
Screenpaste
A cream paste formulated for removing stains from most types of mesh.
Screenpaste will emulsify synthetic fats and dissolve other impurities. It will remove ink and stencil residues and help prevent ghost images caused by screen printing inks, direct emulsion and stencil making films.
Squeegee blades
Autoscreen squeegee blades are made from high quality polyurethane.
Shore hardness available from 50-90.
Blade profiles: Plain, Angled, Composite Dual and Triple.
They offer excellent wear and tear resistance and are excellent performers with solvent, UV and water based ink.
AA series
High solvent resistance, widely used in multi colour high grade printing.
HQ series
Resistant to UV ink corrosion.
HQ3 has good sharpening ability.
ND series
ND1 raw material are made in Germany. High abrasion resistance with little deformation and long service life.
Can be used to print highly corrosive inks.

HITECH squeegee cutter
Adco developed the original rotating squeegee cutter in 1997 to create a near new blade every time the blade is sharpened.
These cutters are now the standard worldwide in squeegee sharpening.
4000 UV Screen Ink
A good all round UV ink formulated to adhere to a wide range of acrylic, PETG and styrene and which is also able to be heat bent, router cut and low draw vacuum- formed.
1400 UV PowerPrint Renew

1500 UV Flexiform Screen Ink

9700 All Purpose Screen Ink
For styrenes, coated paper and card stock, rigid vinyl, synthetic stocks and plastics. An excellent all rounder.
Avery Dennison 7TS (Traffic Signs)
One component solvent ink system for traffic sign products. TS Series Inks are formulated to render 7 year exterior performance on T-1500 when the process guidelines are properly followed.
10 year performance can be achieved when used with Avery Dennison T-2500 Sheeting and 7TS clear coat or Avery Dennison OL-1000 Premium

The new Digiser RIP from Cibercat allows users to emulate image setters using high quality, low cost inkjet printers.
A Digiser RIP combined with Jet Film and Jet Black Ink allows you to generate film separations and colour proofs with excellent registration directly from your inkjet printer.

TAFE Scoops the SGIA Awards
Tafe NSW Screen & Digital Printing Section took out four ( 4) awards at the SGIA Academy of Screen Printing Technology “2011 ASPT Tom Frecska Student Printing Competition”.
The awards were;
Best in Show for Post Secondary Schools for “Zombie – Apparel for the Undead”.
Gold for “Zombie – Apparel for the Undead”. Finished Garments (Dark): Single/Multicolor
Gold for “Zombie – Apparel for the Undead”. Finished Garments (Light): Single/Multicolor
Honorable Mention – “Royal Flush”. Finished Garments Single/Multicolor
The garments were also entered in the “SGIAA Digital and Print Awards” and went on to take out another two awards in the RTO Student Award
